Preparation is key as winter approaches
For emergencies causing immediate danger, call 911. Please notify us at the emergency number when it is safe to do so.
For all other emergencies, call our emergency number 360-567-8302. If we do not answer immediately, please call multiple times.
Per our rental agreement, winterization is the responsibility of the Resident. However, we are more than happy to stop by at your convenience and prepare the home if you are unable.
